JJ'S smoke'n'grill

Our set up is small we only need a 3.5m x 3.5m space for our Gazebo/event shelter.  The only power we need is for lighting we can bring are own if its not easily available. The same applies to hot water.  We have are own sinks.  We use compostable packaging and we aim to have a absolute minimal impact on our enviroment.  We our fully insured and have a 5* hygine ratiing.  Our staff our fully trained and have a minimum level 1 food hygine certificate. Are chef has has level 3 in cooking and catering and a level 3 food hygine certificate.
